Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tuostack's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Tuostack provides technology consulting, software development, cloud infrastructure, and related digital services. The specific terms of each engagement are outlined in individual project agreements.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom software, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their projects. Tuostack retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business information as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs upon request.

Limitation of Liability

Tuostack's liability to any client for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
